EMPLOYMENT

Staff members are chosen based on their professional skills, their ability to fulfill the mission of the agency, and to make strong connections with program participants. Staff members delivering direct service have professional backgrounds in Human Development, Child and Family Studies, Education and other disciplines. An individual’s own parenting, cultural and other life experiences also greatly contribute to rounding out staff expertise.
